For more than a decade, Pivotal Homes have been helping Australians build their new homes across Queensland. Since our inception we have maintained our focus on continually developing to ensure we are always at the forefront of the construction industry. With a focus on ingenuity we embrace the ever evolving trends whilst ensuring each home is timeless in its own right. As the Sales manager of Pivotal Homes my role is to lead a sales team to ensure we build effective relationships with our referral parters.
Approaching ISR we knew that we had a fantastic product and service to offer. The challenge was how do we communicate this without coming across as “typical” salespeople? I knew what I was doing ( at least I thought I did ) however I needed the help of ISR to allow me to effectively help my team by taking what I do naturally and putting it into a process and procedure that was scalable and easy for others to follow.
We’ve engaged with ISR on several different platforms. We found the 1 on 1 sessions with Ryan a huge benefit. Having a sales trainer of his caliber focus on our business for several hours as week as already made a monumental difference in our approach and also moral of the sales team. The sales team love the new script as they already seeing it lead to better success.
We were in a good position prior to commencement with ISR however what we foresee is that the training has allowed us options… The early indications are that we will have more business than we can facilitate which will allow us options to only deal with customers and clients who align with our own company morals and ethics.
